The inverter is a device to protect electrical appliances against electrical hazards (voltage drop, overvoltage, voltage peak, voltage drop, lack of voltage, frequency variation, electrical pollution ...). It is a box placed at the interface between the distribution network (the EDF current) and the equipment to be protected (computer equipment, server, agricultural machinery, industrial machinery, collection equipment ...). It is also composed of one or more batteries in order to give autonomy to the equipment to be protected in case of interruption of the distribution network.
