Master HP UL

Technical sheet: Master HP UL

"ZERO IMPACT SOURCE"
The Master HP UL series also has the advantages of the “Zero Impact Source” formula, provided by the IGBT rectifier.
It eliminates the problems associated with installation in networks with low power supply capacity, where the UPS is supplied by a generator set or in cases where there are compatibility problems with loads generating harmonics current.
Master MHT UL series UPSs have zero impact on the power supply, whether it is a supply from the network or from a generator:
-
Input current distortion <3%;
-
Input power factor of 0.99;
-
"Power walk-in" function which guarantees a gradual starting of the rectifier;
-
"Start-up delay" function to restart the rectifiers when the mains power is restored if several UPSs are in the system.
This saves on installation costs thanks to:
-
A reduced electrical infrastructure;
-
Small circuit protection devices;
-
Less wiring.
BATTERY CARE SYSTEM: MAXIMUM BATTERY CARE
The HP UL Master Series utilizes a set of features to extend battery life and reduce battery usage, such as different charging methods; full discharge protection, current limiting and voltage compensation depending on the ambient temperature.
FLEXIBILITY
Master HP UL is suitable for any type of application, from information technology to the most demanding industrial and process environments. With several operational configurations including ON LINE, ECO, SMART ACTIVE, STANDBY, frequency converter and voltage regulation. Thanks to the wide range of accessories and options, it is possible to realize complex configurations and architectures, to guarantee the highest power availability, with the option of adding a new UPS without interrupting operations on the site.
MAIN FEATURES
-
Compact dimensions: eg. only 2330 square inches for the Master HP UL 500 kVA;
-
Reduced weight for transformer based UPS;
-
Double load protection, electronic and galvanic, towards the battery.
The entire Master HP UL range is suitable for a wide variety of applications. The HP Master can provide any type of load, eg. servers, controls, lighting, capacitive, a switching mode. Reliability and availability of power supply for critical applications is guaranteed by parallel configurations distributed up to 8 units, for redundant (N + 1) or power parallel configurations.
ADVANCED SURVEILLANCE
The HP Master Series UPS have a graphic display providing UPS data, measurements, status updates and alarms in different languages, with display of waveforms including voltage /current. It also provides the reading in kWh, making it possible to measure IT loads and calculate the PUE (energy efficiency indicator) of a Data Center.
